Citrus is heavily involved in the roadside market and we are looking to increase our activities in this sector.  We work with many of the operators seeking growth including drive-thru restaurant and coffee operators and associated franchisees, companies delivering EV charging provision and businesses generally requiring high flows of traffic.  Well located and accessible sites adjacent to busy arterial roads are always of interest to us and examples of our recent work include delivered sites at Harwich in Essex, Lowestoft in East Suffolk and our large strategic mixed-use scheme, integra61.
