The logistics sector remains a key plank of Citrus’s ongoing growth strategy and we are keen to bring forward further innovative developments in this space. Our business model encompasses meeting the need for a whole range of logistics products including B1 starter units and last mile logistics provision in well-located and highly accessible locations where substantial market demand can be demonstrated.
Currently, we are on site at integra61 constructing some 650,000 sqft of B2 and B8 industrial/warehouse units ranging from 43,000 sqft to 297,500 sqft. The integra61 connect development, which follows on from our successful Phase I on-site provision of over 2 million square feet, will be ready for occupation from September 2023 and will be built to an institutional specification with strong sustainability credentials including a target EPC Rating of ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
