On this former 0.7 acre industrial site with a 24,000 sqft warehouse on Kingsbridge Crescent in Southall, London Borough of Ealing, consent was granted in 2020 for a residential scheme comprising 43 flats within two buildings of which 23 are shared ownership.

The scheme was designed to be suitable for 100% affordable housing provision and the site has been subsequently sold to affordable housing provider PA Housing who are currently building out the scheme
