On this former 0.7 acre industrial site with a 24,000 sqft warehouse on Kingsbridge Crescent in Southall, London Borough of Ealing, consent was granted for a residential scheme comprising of 43 flats within two buildings, of which 23 are shared ownership.

The scheme was designed to be suitable for 100% affordable housing provision and the site has been subsequently sold to affordable housing provider PA Housing with practical completion having recently been achieved.
