The first plot comprises a commercial development of two drive-thru restaurant units let to McDonalds and Costa and we are on site currently with Practical Completion due in February 2019.
The second plot, comprising the balance of the land of some three acres has recently been granted planning consent for a 50-unit mixed housing and flatted scheme. The site had an extant consent for some 38 units but it was felt a denser scheme would be more appropriate in this location.
It is anticipated that the site will be delivered as a turnkey product by our JV partners to a housing provider with whom we are working closely.
