We have injected a new lease of life into the centre by incorporating a diverse and strong tenant mix including national brands, Chopstix, Lovisa, Greggs, Tui and Waterstones as well as local businesses & new attractions such as Glow Sports Zone.
Footfall is up to 9.5 million annual visitors, including 50,000 shoppers per day last Christmas.
We’re also emphasizing our commitment to sustainable energy, with plans for an 800-panel solar array and 20 new EV charging stations.
We are also excited to be on site bringing forward a new CDC/Medical centre within the centre that will provide a range of accessible medical services to the general public on site being fitting out as well as a spectacular Funparx leisure family entertainment park.

In March 2023, we achieved a successful acquisition of the Eastgate Shopping Centre located in Basildon, Essex, through a joint venture partnership.
This remarkable 9.9-acre shopping centre site with associated multistorey car park, and office buildings, totals over 545,000 square feet of space. The primary objective of our joint venture is to strategically reposition the shopping centre, with our plans contributing to revitalising Basildon Town Centre by introducing a complementary mix of retail, leisure, and community facilities in one location.
