Citrus has acquired a circa 3 acre site in Doncaster, having sourced the opportunity and identified the potential to deliver a new self-storage led enterprise centre development on the site for the storage operator. Citrus has now successfully obtained planning consent for a new facility of some 90,000 sq ft GIA and is currently mid contractor procurement with the intention to appoint a contractor and start on site in Q4 2023.
