Two years in the making, the project will see the creation of one of the largest logistics and manufacturing developments that the North East has seen in a generation, built on a strategic 205-acre site immediately adjacent to J61 of the A1 motorway. The planning includes a number of large industrial and warehouse units from 50,000 square feet up to 1,000,000 square feet.
Integra61 Durham will not only create a vast industrial space, but will also bring to life 270 new homes, a care home, a doctor’s surgery, a nursery, a pub, a hotel and a number of restaurants and retail outlets.
Our aim for the development is to see it become the region’s premier logistics and industrial hub. Integra61 Durham is expected to create 4,000 jobs and add over £2 billion to the local economy over a period of 10 years.
