Anton Curtis – Managing Director

Managing Director of all Roselodge and associated companies for 18 years, with over 20 years experience in the UK property industry. Anton manages the strategic aspirations of the stakeholders and brings property experience to the Board. A dynamic, successful business developer, with a proven track record of achievement in property, service industries and investment overseas.

Jeremy Ungelson BSc (Hons) MRICS – Director

Jeremy heads the Citrus property team as well as our Polish operation. Activities include Real Estate strategy, acquisition and asset enhancement strategies. Jeremy is a Chartered Surveyor with over 12 years experience in the property industry. He formerly worked for Frogmore Estates Plc for over 4 years and thereafter at Roselodge Group.

Stephen Carter FCCA – Head of Finance

Stephen has been the Group Financial Controller for Roselodge since 2002, prior to this he spent 11 years as a Senior Accountant in the Travel and Leisure industry. Stephen's role includes appraisals, acquisition, budget management and he is also head of the Finance and Human Resources Teams.

Philip Matthews – Senior Associate

Philip who is based in our Midlands office, has a background in residential property and experience of managing the implementation of major projects. He is operationally responsible for a number projects including healthcare. He is also responsible for liaising with our residential development partners in the Midlands and Madeira.

Joshua Sobel BA (Joint Hons) Associate Director

Joshua Sobel works primarily within the Healthcare sector of the Citrus Group where he is tasked with growing the acquisition and development arm of the business. Joshua was previously at the Roselodge Group and is experienced in taking substantial schemes from initial acquisition to gaining planning consent. He also manages a number of Citrus pipeline developments.

Nicholas Stone – BSc ( Hons) MRICS

Before joining the Citrus Group in the summer of 2007, Nicholas worked at DE & J Levy and CB Richard Ellis, where he amassed invaluable experience in asset and property management, professional and commercial agency matters. Nicholas is responsible for providing professional property advice and analysis on various aspects of the property market in the UK, Europe and Israel.  

Having obtained a First Class Geography degree, Nicholas qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in October 2005.
