Build to Rent
Citrus’ Build to Rent programme will create a new rental lifestyle for families and for those who wish to live in city locations as a lifestyle choice.
The programme entails purchasing strategically located land and buildings for development into attractive, spacious city centre apartments designed for sharing, and family housing with associated amenities in urban but not city centre locations. In addition to the living spaces, the properties are expected to include social areas, many with facilities such as gyms, cafes and retail outlets, creating a unique city lifestyle for young professionals / sharers as well as providing much needed quality family accommodation.
The Portal – Gypsy Corner
Citrus has procured a site close to North Acton station, part of the Park Royal and Old Oak Common Opportunity Area which is undergoing a major transformation to help solve London’s housing crisis. A new transport hub, upgrades to North Acton tube station and new Crossrail and HS2 stations are planned in the area.
Working closely with London Borough of Ealing, the GLA and other stakeholders, an HTA-designed scheme known as The Portal is planned, consisting of a striking 36-storey tower and 10-storey podium block that will provide 355 much needed new homes designed for the long-term rental market.
