Located on the junction of the main Uxbridge and West Drayton Roads in Middlesex, this regular-shaped site was being utilised as a Pay & Display car and lorry park, with a temporary single storey office building of 5,000 sq feet to the rear.
The site was purchased with an extant planning consent for a 29-unit residential scheme and Citrus subsequently realised consent to develop an 85-bed residential care home on the site. The site has now been sold to national operator Lifestyle Care PLC.
