This site was acquired by Citrus Healthcare in September 2007 and is located to the east of Camberwell Grove, close to Denmark Hill in South East London. Whilst two separate sites were acquired in the transaction, Site A comprises a 0.58 hectare (1.44 acre) area of land with a four storey detached red brick building with converted loft space of approximately 10,000sq ft fronting the main road. This was formerly used by the Probation Service.
Citrus is currently progressing a detailed design for a high quality residential scheme and is seeking to obtain an appropriate planning consent at the earliest opportunity.
