Comprising 2 interconnecting offices over 8 and 5 stories, the property occupies a site of 0.26 acres and is strategically located near Kings Cross St Pancras. STRATEGIC POLAND DEVELOPMENT MOVES FORWARD
The Citrus Group under a contract with Citrus Polfund, a privately owned company specialising in the development of residential areas in Poland, is moving ahead with its plans to develop a 25 acre strategic site in Niepolomice. Located approximately 25 km outside of Krakow the site has been allocated for a residential-led mixed use development. It is now anticipated that a staged development will take place and work is now taking place to facilitate Phase I commencement of the development at the earliest possible opportunity.
